Briana Ambrosic

Horses, riding and teaching are my passion. As an instructor, I hope to instill that same passion, emphasizing safety and fundamental skills, whether it be for the pleasure rider or someone looking to compete at the higher levels. I am a Third Level (with jumping) Certified Instructor through the Certified Horsemanship Association and have been teaching all ages of students for almost thirteen years.

I offer lessons to both children and adults in hunt seat, basic dressage and eventing, and particularly enjoy helping riders develop the confidence they need to be successful, no matter what their goals. Students at Blackberry Stables will also have the opportunity to compete at local shows, if they desire.

I have a strong background in training young and problem horses, and look forward to working with owners so that the relationship with their horses is one of mutual respect and trust. I have developed a strong understanding of the skills necessary to ride different horses by riding and showing in the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association and competing at the regional, zone, and national levels placing sixth in the nation.

Having worked at several facilities and camps over the years, I have a sound knowledge of general horse care and horse farm management. With that experience, Blackberry Stables caters to every horse's and boarder's individual needs.

We look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals with your horse!
